Job summary

Total Wine & More in Springfield, VA is hiring a Service Team Member to deliver exceptional customer service, drive sales, and assist with merchandising and curbside pickup as needed.

You will greet customers, share product knowledge on wine, spirits, and beer, and maintain store safety and cleanliness while adhering to liquor laws. Prior retail experience and POS familiarity are a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1-3 years of work experience, 1+ years in retail preferred.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Maximize product inventory, including processing freight, organizing and distributing inventory, pulling and stocking merchandise.
• Deliver exceptional service and a personalized experience by greeting customers and informing about products.
• Participate in wine, spirits, and beer training to build product knowledge.
• Load and deliver orders safely if delivery is an essential function.
