Job summary

Total Wine & More is seeking a Supervisor in a Virginia store to support management, drive sales, and uphold exceptional customer service. You will mentor team members, oversee front-end operations, and ensure compliant, safe store conditions while adapting to a dynamic retail environment.

Required are a high school diploma (or equivalent) and 1–3 years in retail with supervisory responsibilities; flexibility to work evenings and weekends is expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience supervising a retail team strongly preferred.
• Strong customer service and coaching skills.

Responsibilities

• Support store operations and drive sales and KPIs.
