Job summary

Regal Wine Company is seeking an Assistant Sales Associate to support Account Sales Executives in key California accounts. The role emphasizes merchandise maintenance, accurate pricing, and building relationships with store personnel.

The position offers a discretionary bonus, auto allowance, and company benefits. You may travel within California a few times annually and advance toward an Account Executive role as openings arise.

Qualifications

• Candidate must be 21 years or older.
• Must possess a current driver's license with clean driving record.
• Available to work early morning hours, Monday to Friday.
• Willing to travel within California up to 6 times per year.
• Able to repeatedly lift at least 50 lbs and handle physical tasks.
• Willing to reside within territory.

Responsibilities

• Assist Account Sales Executives in key chain accounts in assigned district.
• Maintain 100% shelf distribution and promote new item distribution.
• Communicate current pricing accurately on displays and in accounts.
• Build and merchandise displays and maintain merchandising standards.
• Establish rapport with store managers and store personnel.
• Plan account activities and prepare preplans/recaps for District Manager.
• Attend team meetings and contribute to goal reviews and execution plans.
• Carry company cell phone and POS materials during work hours.
• Develop wine knowledge, sales skills, and business acumen.
