Job summary

Paradies Lagardère's Vino Volo is seeking a Wine Associate to deliver exceptional guest service and share extensive wine knowledge at the tasting bar, lounge, or retail area. You will greet guests, present the menu, answer questions, and guide wine selections to enhance the guest experience.

You will also be responsible for upselling flights, glasses, food pairings, and retail bottles while maintaining a clean work environment and adhering to safety and cash-handling procedures.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; two-year college degree is favored.
• One or more years of server experience in a well‑regarded full‑service restaurant or wine bar in hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Provide courteous, friendly, efficient service to guests at the tasting bar, lounge, or retail area.
• Demonstrate wine knowledge to answer questions and make pairing and product recommendations; upsell flights, glasses, foods and bottles.
• Handle POS transactions accurately and in compliance with SOPs; participate in training and support other areas as needed.
• Maintain clean, organized work areas and ensure safe, compliant service per company standards.
• Support brand goals and embody Vino Volo core values in daily interactions with guests and teammates.
