Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; two-year college degree favored.
• One or more years of server experience in a well‑regarded full‑service restaurant, wine bar or hospitality role.
• All applicants must be 21 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Provide courteous, friendly, and efficient service to guests at all times.
• Present the menu, answer questions, and make wine/food recommendations.
• Actively upsell wines, flights, and merchandise to enhance the guest experience.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and assist with stock and documentation.
• Follow established cash handling and POS procedures; ensure accuracy at checkout.
