Vino Volo, a Paradies Lagardère unit, is seeking a part-time Server/Bartender to deliver personalized wine and beverage service and craft cocktails for guests. Join a team that celebrates wine culture and guest discovery in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a server or bartender in a fast-paced environment is preferred.
• Knowledge of wines, beers, and cocktails is a plus, but we are happy to train the right candidate.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service by engaging guests and sharing knowledge of our wine and beverage selections.
• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including wine, craft beer, and cocktails.
• Assist in creating a welcoming environment that encourages guest interaction and discovery.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth operations and high-quality service during busy hours.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and dining areas.
• Support menu offerings, including breakfast, lunch, and dinner, with options for vegetarians, vegans, and gluten-free diets.
