Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and take drink and food orders.
• Provide information about menu items and upsell where possible.
• Maintain a clean, organized work environment.
• Process all point of sale transactions quickly and accurately.
• Maintain current adult beverage certification and ensure responsible service of alcohol.
• Assist with seating, answering telephones, stock, cleanup, and documentation.
• Support other areas of the bar as requested.
