Job summary

Paradies Lagardère is seeking a Wine Associate for Vino Volo to deliver sophisticated wine service at the tasting bar, lounge, or retail area. You will greet guests, present menus, answer questions, and suggest pairings to create first-class experiences for travelers.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, 1+ year serving in hospitality, and strong wine knowledge. Must be 21+, able to pass TSA screening, and communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Provide courteous, friendly, and efficient service to guests.
• Present the menu, answer questions, and make wine/food recommendations.
• Actively upsell wine, flights, food pairings, and merchandise.
• Maintain knowledge of wine list, flavor profiles, and pricing guidelines.
• Assist with training of new employees.
• Ensure responsible service of alcohol and compliance with safety policies.
