Job summary

Copain Winery is seeking a dynamic wine sales professional to host tastings, curate memorable guest experiences, and build lasting relationships with members and collectors. You will sell premium wines, tell our story, and deliver outstanding service in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities include in-person outreach, phone and email follow-ups, coordinating events, and supporting Club and Estate Managers with guest inquiries.

Qualifications

• 2+ years related experience preferred in sales, customer service or hospitality.
• Knowledge of wines and ability to tell the story that promotes loyalty and sales.
• Able to work a flexible schedule including weekends.
• Competency in Point of Sales systems, Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Outstanding ability in customer service and working with the public.
• Commitment to excellence, high standards and working effectively with a team.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, multi-tasking and analytical skills.
• Flexibility and ability to manage changing priorities with enthusiasm.
• Must be fluent in English.
• Able to stand and walk for long periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly.

Responsibilities

• Curates in-person experiences and outbound sales campaigns to meet sales targets.
• Strengthens existing member and collector relationships; establish new relationships by phone and email.
• Provide excellent customer service to guests and support managers with inquiries.
• Assist phone and email outreach during shipments and new releases.
• Develop referral partners through business development to drive sales.
• Support hospitality events, calls, and digital communications in line with winery standards.
• Provide exemplary customer service at all touchpoints.
• Support team training on wines and processes.
• Support trade hospitality events and other duties as assigned.
