Copain Winery, part of Jackson Family Wines, is seeking a dynamic wine sales professional to curate exceptional guest experiences while driving premium wine sales. The role emphasizes hosting tastings, building new client relationships, and delivering best-in-class service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in sales, customer service or hospitality.
• Fluent in English; able to tell the wine story to promote loyalty.
• Flexibility to work weekends.
• Must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Curates in-person experiences and outbound sales campaigns to meet sales targets.
• Strengthens existing member relationships and builds new ones via phone and email.
• Provides excellent customer service to guests and supports Club Manager.
• Assists in outreach during Club shipments and new wine releases.
• Develops referral partners to drive sales and awareness.
• Supports hospitality events and team training on wines and processes.”
