Job summary

Tasting Room Expo seeks motivated individuals to support daily operations, guest experience, and sales at our downtown tasting room and bottle shop, plus winery partner activities.

You will host tastings, promote wine club memberships, and drive bottle/case sales while delivering exceptional hospitality. Strong customer service, organization, and teamwork are essential; weekend flexibility is needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in a hospitality or sales role, preferably in a bouquet winery.
• Knowledge of winemaking processes and varietals; WSET a plus.
• Must be at least 21 years of age; valid driver’s license required.
• Knowledge of POS systems including Offset and Shopify; admin/shipping experience a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Host private, walk-in and trade tastings with hospitality at the forefront.
• Drive direct-to-consumer sales including wine club memberships and bottle/case sales.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and inventory/FOH organization.
• Collaborate with team to solve problems and improve operations.
• Be a reliable, positive team member and support weekend events.
