Winebow is seeking an experienced field sales and marketing leader to expand our wine and spirits distribution across a designated territory in the United States. The role demands strong relationship building with top customers and leadership over a sales team and events to drive growth.

You will analyze markets, develop strategies with sales consultants, and monitor performance through regular reporting. Strong MS Office skills, Excel, and PowerPoint are required, along with travel readiness

Qualifikationen

• Minimum in-field sales/marketing experience in wine industry.
• High school diploma or GED required; additional education preferred.
• Proven territory management and people supervision experience.

Aufgaben

• Develops and executes a marketing and sales plan to maximize wine and spirits distribution.
• Analyzes markets to identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats.
• Collaborates with sales consultants to increase business and share strategies.
• Reviews reports daily, weekly and monthly to spot growth and trends.
• Ensures consultants complete required training and materials.
• Leads tastings, dinners, and trade shows as needed.
• Works with accounting to resolve billing issues in their territory.
