Job summary

Cooper’s Hawk Winery is seeking friendly servers who guide guests through food, wine, and the Wine Club with confidence and care. You will contribute to unforgettable experiences in a fast-paced, team-driven environment.

Applicants should be at least 21, have six months of server experience, and be able to lift 40 pounds and remain on their feet for up to 10 hours. Flexible weekends and holidays are expected.

Qualifications

• At least 21 years of age and six months of server experience.
• Experience in full service or upscale casual dining preferred.
• Comfort speaking about food, wine, and our Wine Club program.
• A passion for hospitality and working as part of a team.
• Ability to multitask and stay calm in a fast-paced setting.
• Ability to lift 40 pounds and stand on your feet up to 10 hours.
• Must be able to read, write, and understand English.
• Flexible availability, including weekends and some holidays.

Responsibilities

• Serve food and drinks with speed and care.
• Follow department checklists and standard operating procedures to prepare work areas for opening, mid-shift, or closing.
• Take initiative to solve problems and support guest experience.
• Communicate with Kitchen, Hosts, Runners, Bartenders, and Managers to keep service flowing.
• Welcome guests, make recommendations that feel genuine, and educate about the Wine Club.
• Introduce wine tastings and help guests enhance their experience.
• Let your personality shine and leave your signature on interactions.
