Gustavus Adolphus College seeks a Windows Endpoint Systems Administrator within Gustavus Technology Services to support Windows endpoints and campus printing, partnering with the macOS team for consistent desktop support across platforms. This is a full-time, salaried role reporting to the Senior Director of Service Operations.

The position emphasizes deployment, software distribution, asset management, scripting, and documentation to improve end-user experiences across the campus.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting Windows endpoints and OS deployment.
• Knowledge of endpoint management tools like Intune.
• Strong hardware/software troubleshooting skills.
• Interest in scripting or automation to streamline support.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 Windows support for campus devices.
• Coordinate with Mac Desktop Systems Administrator for cross-platform consistency.
• Manage lifecycle of Windows computers: deployment, inventory, licensing.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation and workflows.
