Job summary

Uline is seeking an End User Computing Administrator to help manage and support the software and systems powering operations across our North American company. This on-site role emphasizes detail orientation and delivering a seamless technology experience.

You will test and implement software applications, troubleshoot hardware/software issues, and protect devices with patch management and EDR tools. A bachelor's degree and 3+ years in desktop support or systems administration are required.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field.
3+ years of hands-on desktop support, systems administration or end-user computing environments.
Experience supporting Windows and macOS environments using endpoint management, virtualization and core networking technologies.

Responsibilities

Test and implement software applications to deliver reliable technology solutions that support business needs.
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues, escalating complex problems to the appropriate teams as needed.
Protect company devices and systems through patch management and endpoint detection and response (EDR) tools.
Identify and document technology and process improvements to enhance system performance and ensure efficient operations.
