Job summary

Advanced Drainage Systems, Inc. (ADS) is seeking a Senior Desktop Engineer to design, implement, and operate enterprise desktop management across SCCM and Intune.

You will own endpoint technologies, including OS deployment, packaging, patching, virtualization, and configuration management, while mentoring teammates and driving strategic technology initiatives. The role emphasizes complex troubleshooting, policy-driven endpoint control, and automation.

Qualifications

• 4+ years desktop engineering experience.
• Advanced knowledge of Windows endpoint management platforms.
• Strong troubleshooting and automation skills.
• Experience leading technical initiatives without direct management responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain endpoint management solutions within SCCM and Intune.
• Own enterprise endpoint technologies including OS deployment, software packaging, patch management, virtualization, and endpoint configuration management.
• Lead complex troubleshooting and root cause analysis efforts for Windows Enterprise.
• Develop and maintain automation and scripting solutions.
• Create engineering standards and operational documentation.
• Support vulnerability remediation and endpoint security initiatives.
