Job summary

Georgia Gwinnett College is seeking an Endpoint Administrator to support the college's endpoint management, security, and software provisioning. Responsibilities include automation, inventory management, documentation, and Tier 3 support, aligned with USG IT guidelines.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of relevant experience, with expertise in AD/Entra ID, Microsoft 365, and endpoint tools. This is a full-time on-site position on our Gwinnett County campus.

Qualifications

Requires 4 Year / Bachelor’s Degree.
Three or more years of relevant experience, experience may be considered in lieu of education.

Responsibilities

Create workflow task sequences for hardware and software deployment.
Package and deploy software applications to streamline the deployment process and maintain a standardized environment.
Manage device and software inventories using asset management tools in coordination with IT staff.
Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for processes and procedures and technical tools/solutions.
Act as backup for the lead endpoint administrator.
Recommend hardware and device standards.
Provide Tier 3 support for escalated complex endpoint issues, participate actively in incident resolution, and conduct root cause analysis.
Maintain working knowledge of the USG IT handbook and related policies for endpoint management and security.
Other duties as assigned.
