Qualifications

• Minimal travel and reliable transportation may be required.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic troubleshooting, parts replacement, and repairs on desktops/notebooks/printers.
• Deploy system upgrades and new hardware for end users.
• Respond to end-user requests and provide escalation as needed.
• Identify potential issues that could affect end-user experience and take corrective action.
