Job summary

Kelly Science, Engineering, Technology & Telecom seeks an IT Support Specialist to sustain site-based microcomputer environments with strong customer service and timely technical assistance. You will apply Windows and Active Directory expertise, install hardware and software, and assist end-users with desktop and networking needs.

You will train users, document procedures, and participate in team projects to improve support quality and efficiency.

Qualifications

2+ years of Windows support and Active Directory experience.
Strong verbal and written communication and customer service skills.
Associates degree in Information Technologies or related field, or technical training equivalent.

Responsibilities

Provide quality support with customer service, technical expertise, and timeliness for site-based microcomputer environments.
Acquire, maintain, and expand knowledge of product offerings, support policies, and delivery methods to provide accurate solutions.
Lead or participate in team projects to enhance support quality and efficiency; consult with end-users to determine desktop/networking needs.
Study vendor products to recommend hardware and software; install and maintain hardware, software, and network nodes; research new technologies.
Document, debug, and prepare user procedures; train end-users in the use of equipment and software.
