Job summary

Kelly Science, Engineering, Technology & Telecom is seeking an experienced IT support professional to provide site-based microcomputer environment support. You will handle Windows operations and MS Apps, deliver timely, high-quality service, and guide end-users in using hardware and software effectively.

You will expand knowledge on product offerings and support policies, lead team efforts to enhance efficiency, and install and maintain hardware and networking components.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Windows support, MS Apps, Office 365, Teams, SharePoint.
• Strong verbal and written communications and customer service practices.
• Associates degree in Information Technologies or related field or technical training equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality support with customer service, technical expertise, and timeliness for site-based microcomputer environments.
• Acquire and expand knowledge of product offerings, support policies, and delivery methods to provide accurate solutions.
• Lead or participate in team projects to improve support quality or efficiency; consult with end-users on desktop/networking needs.
• Study vendor products to determine best hardware/software, install hardware, software, peripherals, and network components.
• Document, debug, and prepare user procedures; train end-users in equipment and software usage.
