Advanced Energy is seeking an IT Site Support Specialist to install, configure, support, and maintain Microsoft Windows server/desktop infrastructure. You will troubleshoot escalated issues, install upgrades, and ensure security and data integrity across the desktop environment.

The role requires 2+ years in IT support, strong knowledge of Windows 10, Active Directory, Office 365, and VPN access. Strong customer service and communication skills are essential, with after-hours support as needed.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of technical IT support experience.
• Experience supporting Microsoft PC environments.
• A+ certification and Windows 10/MCP credentials required.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, troubleshoot, and maintain Windows desktops and laptops.
• Assist in server and network administration tasks.
• Provide after-hours support as needed.
• Deliver excellent customer service to end users.
• Document and update support information in the ticketing system.
