Job summary

LTIMindtree is seeking a Windows deployment and support specialist in the United States to help customers troubleshoot, patch, deploy, and upgrade Microsoft environments. You will collaborate with global peers and engineers to resolve service issues and advocate for customers.

This role emphasizes proactive customer care, documentation of work, and guidance to maximize value from Microsoft products. Compensation and benefits are aligned with LTIMindtree policies.

Qualifications

• Experience with Windows patching, deployment, and servicing.
• Familiarity with Microsoft licensing models.
• Knowledge of Autopilot and Windows Server family.
• Ability to investigate issues and collaborate across teams.

Responsibilities

• Scope a customer issue by collecting facts and researching the problem.
• Consult and collaborate with peers worldwide and with management to resolve service issues.
• Act internally as a customer advocate.
• Empower customers to find information, self-solve, and learn about Microsoft products.
• Advise customers on how to gain additional value from Microsoft products.
• Document your technical work and research to help colleagues and improve the product and support experience.
• Maintain a proactive approach to customer happiness and manage expectations.
