Job summary

LTIMindtree in Bloomington, IL is seeking an experienced L2 IT support specialist to ensure prompt resolution of hardware, software, mobility, and collaboration technology issues for end users.

You will act as a primary contact, deliver exceptional customer service, maintain endpoint stability and security, and support a range of Microsoft 365 apps, Intune, SCCM, and enterprise tools while working in a fast-paced, shift-based environment.

Qualifications

• Experience providing L2 IT support for end-user computing environments.
• Experience with Windows/macOS and mobility devices.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 apps and collaboration tools.
• Experience with ticketing tools (ServiceNow) and incident management.

Responsibilities

• Provide walk-up, deskside, remote, and on-site support for end users.
• Troubleshoot Windows/macOS, mobile devices, printers, and peripherals.
• Support Microsoft 365 apps and collaboration tools (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive).
• Manage incidents and requests via ServiceNow and escalation processes.
• Handle device provisioning, refresh, deployment, and recovery.
• Support Intune, SCCM, Autopilot, AD/Entra ID, and endpoint security tools.
• Diagnose hardware/software, network, and application issues.
• Maintain asset inventory and lifecycle management.
• Support conference room AV and meeting room technologies.
• Create and maintain technical docs and user guides.
• Participate in shift operations and VIP support as required.
