Job summary

The role focuses on OS deployment, hardware configuration, network connectivity, asset management, and on-site support across locations. Requires Windows expertise and MS Office proficiency; daily incident management is expected.

Qualifications

• 7 years of related work experience.
• Experience troubleshooting end-user computing devices (laptops, desktops, peripherals).
• Experience deploying Windows OS in large enterprises.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot incidents and service requests for end-user devices.
• Install, upgrade, and migrate Windows OS for new joiners.
• Configure hardware, applications, and network connectivity for desktops.
• Repair/replace failed components and peripherals.
• Document incident resolutions and update asset management records.
• Provide on-site hands-on support for IT infrastructure, networks, storage, and compute.
