Job summary

LTIMindtree is seeking a Desktop Support Analyst in Texas to perform troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of end-user computing equipment at deputed locations. The role includes incident handling, asset management updates, and desk-side support for Windows OS and office productivity tools.

The candidate will install, configure, and support desktops, printers, and peripherals, maintain inventories, and assist with networked devices and conference room AV.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of related work experience.
• Experience with Windows operating systems and desk-side support.

Responsibilities

• Handle incidents, service requests and break-fix support per priority and SLAs.
• Monitor service management tool for new incidents and requests.
• Troubleshoot and repair workstations and peripherals to ensure proper operations.
