Job summary

LTIMindtree in Bellevue, WA seeks a Support Engineer to provide frontline technical support for cloud and network infrastructure. You will own incidents from diagnosis to resolution, collaborate with engineering and operations, and contribute to knowledge bases and product improvements.

The role requires strong networking expertise, fluency in English, and a customer-focused mindset with a proactive approach to learn and grow as a subject matter expert.

Qualifications

• Fluent English communication skills (reading, writing, speaking).
• Strong technical troubleshooting ability with a customer-focused mindset.
• Experience supporting cloud and network infrastructure environments.
• Ability to own incidents from identification through resolution.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for complex cloud and networking issues.
• Own customer incidents from identification through resolution.
• Troubleshoot and resolve escalated technical issues.
• Collaborate with engineering, operations, and cross-functional teams.
• Contribute to product improvement initiatives through customer feedback.
• Develop knowledge base content and self-help resources.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction and support quality standards.
• Continuously build technical expertise and act as SME in assigned areas.
• Participate in readiness, training, and process improvement initiatives.
