Qualifications

Experience with CRM or enterprise platforms such as Dynamics 365, SAP, Salesforce, or similar.
Background in SaaS product support, web front-end development, or QA.
Strong knowledge of programming languages including C# and Python.

Responsibilities

Support and troubleshoot enterprise platform solutions for customers.
Collaborate across teams to resolve complex issues and improve product support.
Integrate Power Platform with external systems via connectors, APIs, and gateways.
Assist in securing environments with proper roles, permissions, and compliance controls.
