Job summary

LTIMindtree in Pasadena, TX is seeking a Desktop Support Analyst to troubleshoot and repair end-user computing equipment and peripherals at assigned locations.

You will manage incidents, service requests, and IMACD tasks, install and configure Windows OS, hardware, and software, and provide AV/conference room support. The role requires strong problem-solving and communication skills and offers comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience requires 7 years of related work experience.
• Sound knowledge of Operating system troubleshooting.
• Experience building machines for new joiners and migrating to Windows latest version.
• Configuring hardware and applications and network connectivity.
• Monitoring and maintaining systems that run Windows operating system.
• Certifications: Preferrable MCSA Windows MCSE Desktop Infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Handle incidents, service requests, and break-fix support following priority and SLAs.
• Monitor service management tool for new incidents/service requests.
• Escalate incidents to appropriate groups when needed.
• Troubleshoot and repair workstations and peripherals to proper operation.
• Document details of incident resolution.
• Repair and replace failed components and update asset records.
• Provide desk-side/on-site support for end-user devices and peripherals.
