Job summary

LTIMindtree is seeking a Windows Systems Specialist to support enterprise environments, focusing on licensing, deployment, and troubleshooting across Windows Server and client OS versions. You will handle log analysis, storage and backup configurations, and high availability while engaging with customers to resolve complex issues.

The role requires strong communication skills in English and collaboration across teams to deliver timely updates and resolutions.

Qualifications

Experience with Windows Server licensing models (Retail, OEM, MAK, KMS, E3, E5).
Proficient in Windows Server OS versions from 2008 through 2019 and client OS (Windows 7/10).
Advanced troubleshooting across enterprise environments.
Experience with storage technologies (SAN/NAS) and high availability.
Familiarity with backup technologies and VSS.
Experience with Hyper-V, clustering, and server core deployments.

Responsibilities

Perform enterprise-level troubleshooting and log analysis related to Windows deployment.
Manage Windows patching, deployment, upgrades, and servicing.
Coordinate storage/backup configurations and ensure HA readiness.
Assist with activation, BitLocker, MBAM, and related security features.
Engage with customers via phone, email, and chat to gather info and provide status updates.
Collaborate cross-team to resolve complex issues and communicate next steps.
