Qualifications

• 1-3 years of construction management experience.
• 1-3 years of window measurement experience.
• Excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivation and discipline.
• Customer service oriented with top-notch skills.

Responsibilities

• Implement management policies and operating practices.
• Inspect all aspects of the project to determine the scope of work.
• Conduct precise measurements at each job site to confirm the order of custom windows.
• Communicate the agreement between company and customer and negotiate terms as needed.
• Analyze licensing and permitting requirements to obtain permits.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Complete administrative tasks and assist in warehouse to stage products for delivery.
• Maintain valid driver''s license and travel between sites as needed.
