Job summary

Home Genius Exteriors is seeking a Project Manager to oversee the customer journey from post-sale to installation, including precise window measurements. You will drive policy implementation, ensure scope accuracy, and manage vendor relations while coordinating logistics and driving customer satisfaction.

The role requires 1–3 years in construction management and window measurement, strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills, plus a valid driver’s license for site travel.

Responsibilities

• Implement management policies and operating practices.
• Inspect project to determine scope of work.
• Conduct precise measurements at job sites to confirm orders for custom windows.
• Communicate the agreement with the customer; identify alternatives and negotiate terms.
• Analyze licensing and permitting requirements for permits.
• Follow safety and health regulations.
• Complete administrative tasks and assist warehouse for staging products.
• Possess a valid driver’s license and travel between sites as needed.
