Home Genius Exteriors is seeking a Project Manager to oversee the customer experience and vendor relations from post-sale through final installation, ensuring accurate window measurements and clear communication with clients.

The role requires 1-3 years in construction management and window measurement, with strong professionalism, self-motivation, and exceptional communication skills. A company vehicle is provided along with a bonus plan.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of Construction Management experience.
• 1-3 years of window measurement experience.
• Professionalism is VERY important.
• Self-motivation and discipline.

Responsibilities

• Implement management policies and operating practices.
• Inspect all aspects of the project to determine scope of work.
• Conduct precise measurements at each job site to confirm order of the custom windows.
• Communicate the agreement between company and customer and negotiate terms as appropriate.
• Analyze licensing and permitting to obtain permits.
• Follow safety and health regulations.
• Complete administrative tasks and assist in warehouse to stage products for delivery.
• Possess valid driver’s license and travel between sites as needed.
