Job summary

Home Genius Exteriors is seeking a Project Manager in Cincinnati to oversee the customer experience from post-sale through final installation, ensuring accurate window measurements and coordinated vendor relations.

You will implement management policies, inspect project scope, and communicate with customers to adjust plans as needed while maintaining safety and regulatory compliance. A valid driver's license is required for site travel.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of Construction Management experience.
• 1-3 years of window measurement experience.
• Professionalism is VERY important.
• Self-motivation and discipline.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for implementing management policies and operating practices.
• Responsible for inspecting all aspects of the project to make determination of the scope of work.
• Conducts precise measurements at each job site in order to confirm order of the custom windows.
• Communicates the agreement between company and customer and negotiates direct with the customer to alter the terms of the plan as appropriate.
• Analyzes all legal requirements related to licensing and permitting to obtain permits.
• Follows all regulatory compliance with regard to safety and health.
• Completes various administrative tasks as needed and assists in the warehouse to stage products for delivery.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be capable of driving to, from, and in between sites as needed.
