Job summary

Home Genius Exteriors seeks a Project Manager to oversee the customer experience and vendor relationships after sale through to installation. You will conduct precise window measurements to confirm orders and implement sound project management practices on site.

The role requires 1–3 years of construction management and window measurement experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to travel between job sites. A company vehicle is provided as part of the package.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of construction management experience.
• 1–3 years of window measurement experience.
• Professionalism and self-motivation are essential.
• Excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skills required.
• Strong problem solving and customer-service abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of the customer experience and vendor relationships post-sale up to final installation.
• Ensure accuracy of window measurements for order fulfillment.
• Implement management policies and operating practices on each project.
• Inspect project scope and determine required work.
• Communicate and negotiate with customers to adjust terms as needed.
• Ensure compliance with licensing, permitting, safety and health regulations.
• Assist in warehouse operations and staging of products for delivery.
• Possess a valid driver’s license for travel between sites.
