Job summary

Home Genius Exteriors is seeking a Project Manager to oversee the customer experience and vendor relationships from post-sale through final installation, including precise window measurements on-site.

The role requires 1-3 years in Construction Management and window measurement, strong communication and organizational skills, and a professional, self-motivated approach. A valid driver’s license and ability to travel between sites are essential.

Responsibilities

• Implements management policies and operating practices.
• Inspects all aspects of the project to determine scope of work.
• Performs precise measurements at each job site to confirm order of the custom windows.
• Communicates the agreement between company and customer; identifies alternative actions and negotiates terms as needed.
• Analyzes licensing and permitting requirements to obtain permits.
• Ensures safety and regulatory compliance.
• Performs administrative tasks and assists in the warehouse to stage products for delivery.
• Maintains valid driver’s license and travels between sites as needed.
