Job summary

Home Genius Exteriors is seeking a Project Manager to oversee the customer experience and vendor relations from post-sale through installation, including precise window measuring. You will ensure adherence to company policies, inspect project scope, and coordinate between customers and the company to adjust plans as needed.

The role requires 1-3 years in construction management and window measurement, strong communication and problem-solving skills, and a valid driver’s license for site travel.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of Construction Management experience.
• 1-3 years of window measurement experience.
• Excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for implementing management policies and operating practices.
• Inspecting all aspects of the project to determine scope of work.
• Conducts precise measurements at each job site to confirm order of the custom windows.
• Communicates agreement between company and customer; negotiates changes as needed.
• Analyzes legal requirements related to licensing and permitting to obtain permits.
• Follows regulatory compliance with safety and health.
• Completes administrative tasks and assists in the warehouse to stage products for delivery.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be able to drive to and between sites.
