Job summary

Home Genius Exteriors is seeking a Project Manager to oversee the customer experience and vendor relationships after sale, including precise window measurements for installation.

You will implement policies, inspect scope of work, and negotiate with customers to adjust plans as needed, while ensuring licensing, permits, and safety compliance are met. A valid driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of Construction Management experience.
• 1-3 years of window measurement experience.
• Professionalism is VERY important.
• Self-motivation and discipline
• Excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

• Responsible for implementing management policies and operating practices.
• Responsible for inspecting all aspects of the project to make determination of the scope of work.
• Conducts precise measurements at each job site in order to confirm order of the custom windows
• Responsible for communicating the agreement between company and customer Identifies alternative courses of action needed, and negotiates directly with the customer to alter the specific terms of the plan as appropriate.
• Analyzes all legal requirements related to licensing and permitting to obtain permits.
• Follows all regulatory compliance with regard to safety and health.
• Completes various administrative tasks as needed and assists in the warehouse to stage products for delivery.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be capable of driving to, from, and in between sites as needed.
