Job summary

Home Genius Exteriors is seeking a Project Manager to oversee the customer experience and vendor relationships from post-sale through final installation, including precise window measurements. You will implement policies, inspect scope, and communicate terms with clients to adjust plans as needed.

The role requires 1–3 years in construction management and window measurement, excellent communication, and a strong safety focus.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of Construction Management experience.
• 1-3 years of window measurement experience.
• Professionalism is VERY important.

Responsibilities

• The Project Manager implements management policies and operating practices.
• Inspects all aspects of the project to determine the scope of work.
• Performs precise measurements at each job site to confirm order of the custom windows.
• Communicates the agreement between company and customer and negotiates terms as needed.
• Analyzes licensing and permitting requirements to obtain permits.
• Follows all regulatory compliance with regard to safety and health.
• Completes administrative tasks and assists in the warehouse to stage products for delivery.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be capable of driving between sites.
