Job summary

Home Genius Exteriors is seeking a Project Manager to handle the customer experience and vendor relationships after sale through final installation. You will ensure accurate window measurements, oversee scope determination, and communicate any plan changes directly with customers.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of Construction Management experience.
• 1-3 years of window measurement experience.
• Professionalism is VERY important.
• Self-motivation and discipline.
• Excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skills.

• Highly evolved customer service skills.
• Top notch customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for implementing management policies and operating practices.
• Responsible for inspecting all aspects of the project to determine the scope of work.
• Conducts precise measurements at each job site to confirm order of the custom windows.
• Communicates the agreement between company and customer and negotiates changes as needed.
• Analyzes all legal requirements related to licensing and permitting to obtain permits.
• Follows all regulatory compliance with regard to safety and health.
• Completes administrative tasks and assists in the warehouse to stage products for delivery.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be capable of driving between sites.
