Job summary

Enel North America, Inc. is seeking an Operations & Maintenance Manager to coordinate field work, manage budgets, and ensure safety and regulatory compliance across wind/energy projects. You will oversee direct reports, liaise with landowners and utilities, and drive performance improvements.

Travel up to 25% is required. The role requires 8+ years in O&M or construction, a Bachelor’s degree plus relevant experience, and experience with SAP PM and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating field work, budget creation and control.
• Strong safety management for staff and assets.
• Proven ability to manage budgets and long-term forecasts.
• Experience with third-party providers and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate on-site maintenance with 3rd party providers.
• Develop and manage annual budgets with 5-year projections.
• Ensure compliance with NERC, ISO, OSHA and environmental standards.
• Lead and mentor junior team members; perform performance reviews.
• Travel up to 25% and manage field operations logistics.
