Job summary

RNWBL is seeking a senior wind site operations lead to supervise turbine technicians and contractors, plan outages, and optimize maintenance for reliability. You will ensure safety, compliance, and efficient field execution across the site with strong customer communication.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in wind energy, familiarity with Vestas V100/V110 turbines, and proven project leadership. Travel and overtime may be required, with a focus on safe, quality delivery.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on wind energy experience with leadership.
• Mechanical or electrical engineering degree preferred.
• Experience with Vestas V100/V110 turbines preferred.
• Strong communication and supervisory skills.
• Ability to lead projects and coordinate contractors.
• Knowledge of OSHA, NERC, NFPA 70E requirements.

Responsibilities

• Operate the site in a manner that promotes safety, compliance, and productivity.
• Coordinate overall site logistics and activities for turbine and field repairs, maintenance, and other required work.
• Supervise turbine technicians and subcontractors to promote efficient, high-quality work.
• Plan maintenance, repairs, outages, and other contractual work to minimize downtime.
• Provide technical support to technicians and assist with site project management.
• Serve as the primary site communicator for customers, RNWBL leadership, and site teams.
