Job summary

Enel North America is seeking an experienced Operations & Maintenance leader to oversee plant activities, ensure regulatory compliance, and coordinate maintenance across assigned assets in the United States and Canada.

You will monitor KPIs, schedule work orders in SAP, manage outages, and drive continuous improvement while collaborating with planning teams. A Bachelor’s degree in engineering and CMRP certification are required, with travel up to 50%.

Qualifications

• CMRP certification required and tested within 6 months of hire
• Ability to travel up to 50% (domestic and international)
• Strong communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
• Experience with NFPA 70E and safety compliance
• Proficiency with SAP PM and MS Office applications

Responsibilities

• Ensure operation of all assigned assets within regulatory guidelines.
• Review and report monthly KPI (MTD & YTD) for assets: Production, Opex/Capex, and availability.
• Plan and schedule maintenance using Work Orders and SAP.
• Coordinate outages to ensure cost control and minimize downtime.
• Support E&C and Business Development with technical specifications and project planning.
• Develop and update maintenance plans and multi-year budgets.
