Job summary

Enel North America, Inc. is seeking a Wind Site Manager for High Lonesome to oversee field operations, maintenance, and safety for wind assets in Texas. You will manage budgets, coordinate third-party contractors, and ensure regulatory compliance across state and federal guidelines.

The role requires strong leadership, project planning, and the ability to work on-site with travel up to 25%. A Bachelor’s Degree with 8+ years of relevant experience is preferred, along with proficiency in SAP PM

Qualifications

• 8+ years of operations and maintenance or construction experience (wind energy background preferred).
• Experience managing third party service providers and project contracts.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; SAP PM experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate field work, maintenance, repairs, and safety of staff and assets.
• Develop and manage annual budgets with 5-year projections and monitor P&L margins.
• On-site maintenance planning, QA/QC inspections, and performance evaluations.
• Coordinate 3rd party providers and on-call technician schedules.
• Interface with Operations and Control Room Managers for plant performance and maintenance plans.
