Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field with wind industry experience.
3+ years wind industry operation leadership; 5+ years if only associate-level.
Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary technical teams and manage safety programs.

Responsibilities

Lead site operations teams to ensure safe and efficient maintenance across wind farms.
Drive health, safety, and environmental standards across all sites and assess risk.
Manage budgets, contracts, and performance to ensure client satisfaction and timely reporting.
