Avangrid is seeking an experienced Supervisor - Advanced Maintenance to lead a field team performing turbine maintenance and major component replacements across North America. You will oversee safety, quality, and efficiency while coordinating logistics and deployments.

The role requires strong mechanical skills, experience with wind turbines, and the ability to travel up to 80% across multiple sites. A two-year technical credential or equivalent experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Two-year college or technical school certificate or 4+ years of related experience or power industry training.
• Proven wind turbine component inspection, repairs, and replacement experience.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on wind turbine maintenance experience.

Responsabilités

• Lead a team of technicians across North America to perform turbine maintenance and repairs.
