Job summary

RNWBL is seeking a Site Operations Leader to manage wind energy field activities in Oklahoma. You will oversee turbine maintenance, coordinate logistics, and supervise technicians and contractors to ensure safe, compliant, and efficient operations.

The role requires strong leadership, problem-solving, and ability to collaborate with customers and internal teams to plan outages and improvements.

Qualifications

• Hands-on wind energy experience with leadership responsibilities.
• Able to interpret customer requirements and deliverables (as-built docs, test results).
• Experience leading investigations into equipment failures.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA, NERC, and NFPA 70E requirements.

Responsibilities

• Promote safety, compliance, and productivity at the site.
• Coordinate site logistics for turbine and field repairs.
• Supervise technicians and subcontractors to ensure quality work.
• Plan maintenance, outages, and contractual work to minimize downtime.
• Provide technical support to technicians and assist with site project management.
• Communicate with customers, RNWBL leadership, and site teams.
