Job summary

TerraForm Power is seeking a Regional Operations/BOP Manager, Wind to lead the operations, safety, and financial performance of a Texas-region wind portfolio. You will direct site managers and field teams, drive O&M strategy, manage outages, and ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental policies.

In this role, you will collaborate with Asset Management, Engineering, HSSE, and Commercial teams to maximize asset value while meeting financial targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or higher in engineering, business, or related field.
• 7+ years in renewable energy, power generation, or industrial operations.
• Experience managing multiple sites or complex portfolios.
• Direct wind O&M experience is required.
• Knowledge of OSHA requirements and safety standards.
• Familiarity with NERC-regulated assets and compliance frameworks.
• Experience with CMMS tools like Maintainly or Maximo.

Responsibilities

• Lead operation and performance of wind facilities within the region.
• Drive safety culture and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Provide strategic and day-to-day direction across sites.
• Oversee outages, maintenance planning, and reliability.
• Coordinate with Asset Management, Engineering, HSSE, and Commercial teams.
• Represent TerraForm Power with regulators, landowners, and communities.
• Oversee contractor performance and vendor management.
