Deutsche Windtechnik is seeking a Site Manager in Woodward, OK, to oversee wind farm operations, manage maintenance, and ensure customer satisfaction. You will lead a team in troubleshooting and repairing mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems while maintaining financial performance and site relations.

The ideal candidate has over 3 years of experience in the wind industry, with at least 2 years in management. Strong leadership and technical skills, along with a commitment to safety, are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience in the wind industry, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
• Valid driving license required.
• Ability to read and interpret documents and follow safety instructions.
• Must pass physical and drug/alcohol screening.

Responsibilities

• Manage all duties on the wind farm, overseeing maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair.
• Direct operations with a focus on customer relations and profitability.
• Ensure compliance with financial reporting and maintenance schedules.
