Nordex North America seeks a Site Leadership Manager to guide site management across North America. You will lead Site Managers and Assistants, drive field leadership standards, and ensure safety, schedule, budget, and quality adherence on wind farm projects.

Role requires experience in renewable energy or heavy civil construction, strong leadership, and collaboration with Project Management, Engineering, and Supply Chain. Travel up to 35% across the U.S. and Canada is expected.

Qualifikationen

• Associate degree or equivalent in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field required.
• Minimum 5 years in renewable energy or heavy civil construction.
• Minimum 3 years of site management/field operations leadership.
• Willingness to travel up to 35% in US & Canada; PMP preferred.

• Lead, coach, and develop Site Managers and Site Manager Assistants across North America.
• Establish field leadership standards, performance expectations, and succession planning.
• Drive safety culture and ensure compliance with safety requirements across projects.
• Provide operational oversight for multiple wind farm construction projects from delivery to closeout.
• Collaborate with Project Management, Engineering, and Supply Chain to ensure project success.
