Nordex SE is seeking a Site Manager for Project Management to lead wind farm projects from ideation to completion. You will plan, oversee, and coordinate activities with multiple stakeholders and ensure on-time delivery of all components.

You will spend significant time on-site, coordinating heavy equipment mobilization, quality control, and documentation, while maintaining safety standards and communicating effectively with clients and teams. PMP is preferred and travel is substantial.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent work experience accepted.
• Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience in mechanical/construction; wind farm experience preferred.
• PMP certification or ability to obtain within 1 year is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Lead and coordinate all phases of wind farm delivery, erection, and commissioning.
• Coordinate mobilization of heavy equipment on-site with contractors.
• Organize and track quality control, transportation and engineering documents.
• Prepare daily and weekly progress reports for upper management.
• Ensure timely delivery of all parts to site to avoid schedule delays.
• Interact with clients during wind farm construction and manage project stakeholders.
• Monitor construction schedule to meet contractual obligations.
• Maintain safety standards and comply with OSHA/ANSI requirements.
